Data Analyst  / Paid Social Ad Analyst

 Key Accountabilities:

  • Researching and analysing key data to optimise performance of ads
  • Supporting the ads team in setting up, optimising and delivering paid media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Spotify and YouTube
  • Implementing programs and processes to optimise digital reporting
  • Assisting in writing bespoke reports for clients
  • Downloading and processing social media performance data
  • Researching trends in social media advertising
  • Research and write PR / social media articles for leading industry websites
  • Develop presentations and spreadsheets on PowerPoint and Excel respectively

We seek 2 highly motivated individuals with at least 5 years demonstrable experience and a fanatical passion for social media.

Qualifications, Job Skills and Experience

  • The candidates must have the experience and authority to advise clients how they can use the latest social media technologies and data-driven insights
  • Someone who recognizes and advances big ideas
  • Uses agency:2 resources creatively to support client’s business
  • They will have proven experience growing client business
  • Has at least 5 years’ experience in social media community management & social media marketing – of which at least 4 years at a digital or social media agency
  • Has a 2:1 or above degree from a leading university
  • Brings to the position outstanding organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • People management experience
  • Have strong commercial awareness
  • Able to take responsibility quickly and provide excellence for our clients
  • Entrepreneurial with a drive to push boundaries in the social space
  • Bi-lingual in a European language (is an advantage)
  • Is eager to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility

 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for and manage fast moving social media programmes on all social platforms
  • Lead the briefing, management and review of projects to create the best outcomes for our clients
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams, attend editorial briefings and strategy sessions, and work with the team to build content & social ads designed to grow & activate communities
  • Interact with editorial, legal, creative, tech, paid media, search & client teams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand project priorities in the context of  client expectations
  • Get involved with proposal writing and presentations

Social Media Community Manager

agency:2 is  looking for a person who is passionate about social media, has 3 years plus experience of community management across all social channels and is a dab hand at analytics.

The Community Manager will be responsible for 2 brands across their social media channels. Main responsibilities include developing engaging content, daily moderation within the platform, and regular insights against client’s key benchmarks.

 

Skills required:

Content Creation: Work closely with the Account Director to develop, compose, and implement all community content per brand and their business objectives.

 

  • Strategy: Provide strategic recommendations to the team for insights gathered within the community. Continually increase overall community performance.
  • Work with Account management team to understand client’s business goals, requirements, and current marketing plans.
  • Work with our clients and internal teams to develop campaigns and approaches that use social media to help our clients engage their audience. Brief and work with the creative teams to bring program ideas to life.
  • Creativity: Brainstorm new creative ideas for enhancing participation based on mined community insights.
  • Moderation: Daily community tasks include moderating social channels and managing account issues.
  • Project Planning: Implement all community content per strategic planning calendar; maintain planning calendar with input from client and team.
  • Research & Insights: Track community metrics Build project-based reports that summarize qualitative community insights, produce reports on client projects, analyse the performance of campaigns and making recommendations on how clients can increase ROI.
  • Quality Assurance: Load, test and proofread all community content before posting live to production.
  • Forward-Focus: Monitor social media marketing and research trends, platforms and technologies

 

Experience/ Requirements

 

  • Education: 2:1 degree from a top university
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in social media marketing at least 2 in an agency
  • Excellent writing skills, with an eye for proofreading and grammar
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems and content creation.
  • Experience analyzing data, developing insights and research reports .
  • Internet and technology savvy with an understanding of blogs, social media channels and consumer communities.
  • Strong computer skills is a must
  • Basic photo editing skills (Photoshop a plus)
